strengthening of the world-wide ecological government

~ protocol for an official recognition ~

« In order to unite and federate its strengths, to face the world-wide ecological challenge, Humanity must be able to communicate everywhere and efficiently, with a neutral auxiliary language. Together with UNESCO, the "Citizens of the earth » entrust ESPERANTO with this priority function, whose international experience has lasted for more than a century. Therefore, they request UNO and the European Union to make its teaching official and to integrate its use in all their fields of action. »


The movement « Espéranto-Liberté », engaged in the 2007 presidential election, points out the obvious link between ecological and economical crisis for the earth, with the urgency of the need for a common, democratic language, for the people of the earth and the citizens to be responsible for their destiny. No technical structure will be able to face the present world challenges if Humanity cannot be emancipated through a shared and ethicable culture.

“ESPERANTO, A LANGUAGE TO SHARE”, is a process that the European Union and UNO can implement quickly, to face a situation soon to become critical. Only a “strong signal” both symbolic and practical, personal and collective, cultural and political, such as the promotion of a neutral auxiliairy language, will be able to change the mentalities and, therefore, the actions in depth.
